We will meet with you 2-3 weeks prior to get a clear understanding of what you imagine for your day. We attend rehearsals, liaise with suppliers and venues in the last week before. The Wedding Director provides ongoing advice on wedding etiquette & any last minute planning details. We will prepare a timeline, production schedule and itinerary for the event with your family, wedding party and suppliers; ensuring all wedding timings are on schedule so your celebration runs smoothly and you can enjoy your day. On the Day attendance of our planner inclusive of travel expenses for 10 hours. Availability and use of wedding planner emergency kit.
